THE CLASSES

• For the classes, you will need to bring: Skates/Skateboard, Helmet, and Protection Kit.
• If the school sets a trial day, you will still need to bring your gear.
• We do not offer rental services for equipment at schools.
• Students who attend without a helmet or protective gear will not be allowed to skate.
• The course runs from the first day of October to the last school day in May (if any school holds extracurricular activities in June, the course will run until the last school day in June).
• We follow the school calendar, so check the specific school calendar for your school.
• Regular classes are contracted via a quarterly subscription, and payment is made by credit or debit card. We do not accept cash or Bizum payments.
• Class fees are paid quarterly.
• The registration fee for classes is €15, which includes a t-shirt from our school.
• The renewal of the quarterly subscription is charged on the 1st of the month for the upcoming quarter.
• Pausing a subscription will not guarantee a reserved spot.
• Class fees are non-refundable if canceled before the end of the current quarter.
• Subscription cancellations must be communicated via email at info@clasesdepatinajevalencia.es or WhatsApp at 657332395 before the end of the current quarter to avoid being charged for the next quarter.

MAKE-UP CLASSES, RAIN, ETC.

• If a student cannot attend for personal reasons, the class cannot be made up and will be forfeited. It is also not possible to request a proportional refund for the missed class.
• If it rains, the class will be canceled if:
  • The rain is intense, constant, and prevents the safe conduct of the class.
  • It rains and does not stop at least 1 hour before the class starts.
  • It starts raining at the beginning of the class and prevents the class from continuing safely.
  • If rain begins during the class and it cannot continue due to the intensity of the rain or the condition of the track.
• If it rains and the school has a covered space where skating is possible and authorizes us to use it, the class can take place there.
• If it rains and the school has no covered space for skating but provides a space where we can stay for the duration of the class, an off-skates activity will be held during the usual class time.
• If it rains and the school has no space for skating or alternative activities, the class will not take place. A notice will be sent via the WhatsApp group created for each case so that students can be picked up from school at the usual dismissal time or after the class is canceled. The instructors will wait until the last child is picked up.
• No refund will be given for a class canceled due to rain under any circumstances.

GROUP CONFIGURATION

• A group must have at least 6 people with an active, non-paused subscription to open or remain open. If at any time the group does not meet the minimum requirement, it will be paused, and students may join other active groups, if available, with the option to return to the original group if it meets the minimum requirement again.
• The maximum number of students per group is 10 per instructor. The group may exceed this maximum if the last people to sign up are relatives of a student already in the group and wish to attend the class together.

DISCOUNTS

• We do not offer family discounts for extracurricular classes at schools since the prices agreed upon with the schools already include a discount.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

The extracurricular skating activity in schools must be covered by the school insurance.

In case of an accident, the instructor will contact the legal guardian specified in the student’s file, as well as the person in charge assigned by the school, to ensure the student receives the necessary care. In the event of a serious accident, emergency assistance will be requested by calling 112.

If the activity is not covered by school insurance, we offer students the possibility of contracting annual accident insurance. Failure to purchase the insurance means that any assistance will have to be managed through 112 or the public hospital assistance services in the province of Valencia.

Non-competitive School Insurance:

• Valid for those who contract it and attend class, covering them in the event of an accident during classes or any activity organized or authorized by the school.
• Valid from October 1st to May 31st.
  • €15 – Born on or after January 1st, 2015
  • €30 – Born between January 1st, 2012 and December 31st, 2014
  • €40 – Born between January 1st, 2008 and December 31st, 2011
  • €50 – Born on or before December 31st, 2007

The insurance is personal and non-transferable, and its cost, in case of leaving the club, is non-refundable, either fully or partially, under any circumstances.

The fee is paid in full, is not prorated, and is valid for the school year as long as the student does not drop out of the extracurricular activity. In such cases, the right to coverage is lost without the possibility of full or partial reimbursement.
