CONDITIONS FOR 2024/2025 SESSION

WARNING 1: Conditions don’t apply to Extracurricular Classes in Schools. If you are a student in any of the schools in wich we give classes, please check the speciffic conditions HERE.

WARNING 2: In some places, we have special conditions due to the limited amount of disciplines or available hours, so we can’t apply the general conditions you can read in this page. Per example in FOIOS, if you want to check all the info, including the conditions that apply in this place, please check the section Hours Foios Sportscenter.

Befor joining our classes, it is important you know how we work and the conditions that apply to the service we offer, if you agree with these conditions, then contact us to sign up as soon as possible to book a spot in one of our groups. If you have any doubt, ask us, we answer fast.

THE CLASSES

• You need to bring: Skates(inline or quad)/Scooter/Skateboard/MX, a Helmet and a Protection Kit (for scooter and bmx we also recommend a mouth protection).
• We can rent you a helmet and protections for 5€ per class (depending on availability).
• The full 2024/25 course goes from Monday September 2nd to Saturday June 21st.
• A full course has an average of 35 classes, or more depending on the day you choose.
• You can check our CALENDAR to know wich are the days you will have classes and the number of classes you’ll get if don’t join us since the begining. You can also see there holiday days and seasons (where there is no class) and also routes and scheduled activities.
• We follow the school calendar, with no modification in the monthly prices.
• We won’t give classes on:
  • October 9th: Local Holiday
  • October 12th: National Holiday
  • November 1st: National Holiday
  • December 6th: National Holiday
  • December 8th: National Holiday
  • December 22nd to January 6th: Christmas
  • March 16th to 19th: Fallas
  • April 17 to 28th: Easter
  • May 1st: Labour Day
• The payment can be monthly, quarterly or annualy. The paymen can only be made by credit or debit card.
• Every month (or trimester) we will charge the right amount on the 1st.
• The first quarterly is 4 Months, from September to December 2024.
• If you want to pause a subscription (keeping your spot at the class) you will need to pay 17.5€ as a guarantee, this price is not refundable and will not be deducted from your nex month fee.
• Pausing quarterly subscriptions is not possible, due to the special prices they have. If a student can’t come any of the qarterly monhts, there won’t be any refund or postponed fee. If you are not sure to attend the full quarterly we recommend you to choose the monthly payment option.
• The payment done for a monthly, quarterly or annualy subscription is not refundable in case of cancellation.
• If you want to cancel a subscription you need to tell us by email to info@clasesdepatinajevalencia.es or via whatsapp to the 657332395 before the last day of the month or quarterly, other wise we will charge the next fee and in case of cancelation we will deduct a 25% of the fee, as a compensation for administrative and bank costs.

CATCH-UP CLASSES, RAIN, ETC.

• If you can’t attend to a class, you can get a catch-up one telling it to the school manager, but only if you tell us at least with 2 hours in advance by email, phonecall or Whatsapp. You could get the catch-up class in any of the rest of the open groups we have during the following 15 days after the class you weren’t be able to attend. Otherwise you’ll lose your right to have the catch-up class. You will commit to attend the catch-up class and in case you don’t attend, you won’t have a 2nd chance to get another catch-up class.
• Once the season ends (June 21st 2025), there won’t be any chance to get a catch-up class.
• If it rains, we will cancel the class:
  • If the rain is intense and doesn’t allow us to keep on wit the class.
  • If it doesn’t stop raining at least 1h before the starting of the class, to not make students and instructors that live far from the place of the class to come for nothing.
  • If when we are about to start the class it starts raining heavily and it is going to be impossible to skate safely.
  • If once we’ve started with the class it starts raining and it is impossibe to continue due to intense rain or wet surface. If we haven’t done 50% or less, we’ll establish a catch-up class.
• If we can’t give a class due to rain problems, we’ll try (if it is possible due to schedule) to increase in 30 minutes the following 2 clases or we will establish a catch-up class during holiday seasons (check calendar).
• It only will be possible to get a catch-up class if you have an active subscription. In case of pause or cancelation there will be no right to get any catch-up classes.

GROUPS CONFIGURATION

• We can open (or keep open) a group starting from 6 students with an active subscription, not paused or with 5 Classes Coupons. If at anytime a group reduces its number to less than 6 students, we will pause it and the students will be able to be relocated in other active groups until new students join that group.
• The maximum number of students per group will be 10. We will accept no more that 12 if 2 or more people join and the same time and they are siblings or friends and want to come together.
• Occasionally a group will have more people if someone attends to a group as a catch-up class.

  • 1 Brother/sister/mom/dad – 10% (on each subscription)
  • 2 or more Brother/sister/mom/dad 15% (on each subscription)
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

• To join our classes you will need to book an accident insurance.
• This insurance is mandatory, no matter if you are compiting or not.
• We have 2 options of insurance:
• Sport School Insurance NO COMPETITIVE:
  • Valid for those who attend to class, so you are covered during the class and any activity organized or authorized by the school.
  • All the Insurance fees are renewed on Janyary 1st, but you have a special price if you join us from September 1st to December 31st just for those months.
  • New Students between September 1st and December 31st: 50% Off (discount applied online)
  • Annual Renewal: Valid from January 1st to December 31st
  • 15€ – Born from January 1st 2015
  • 30€ – Born between January 1st 2012 and December 31st 2014
  • 40€ – Born between January 1st 2008 and December 31st 2011
  • 50€ – Born until December 31st 2007
  • The insurance is personal and untransferable. Its cost, in case of sign out of the school, is not refundable in any case.
  • You can check the coverages HERE.
  • The cost has to be paid in full, and it is valid for a calendar year (January to December), only if the student doesn’t sign out of the school, in that case you lose the right to coverage with no refund.

  • If you have a personal private insurance you will have to send us before you start your first class with us, a Certificate from your insurance company where it says “the skating activity given by One Love Freestyle Sports with VAT ESB98946007 to (your name) with ID number (your ID or Passport number) is covered by (Insurance Company Name) with the Insurance Policy Number (policy number).

  • Students from the schools Cervantes Alboraya, Barranquet, Serrería, Santa Teresa, Cervantes Valencia and Imagine Montessori don’t need to get the insurance, but they can get it if they want and their schools don’t cover the accidents that might occur during the classes at the school. The Club won’t cover any accident occured during the class if you haven’t booked the insurance with us, you’ll need to attend to the public hospital to get assistance. Please contact us with any questions.

• Federated Insurance – COMPETITIVE:
  • This insurance is booked through the Federación de Patinaje de la Comunidad Valenciana, and it includes a federative license. This license has an accident insurance and a civil responsability insurance.
  • If you compite in official contests, with this insurance you’ll be able to participate in the local contests at 0 cost.
  • Also, appart from compiting, thihs insurance covers any accident during any activity organized or authorized by the school.
  • The cost of the insurance is fixed, and its price vary depending on your birthdate.
  • The insurance is for 1 calendar year.
  • New students from September 1st to December 31st: 50% Off discount (valid until December 31st).
  • From Janyary 1st: Full Price (valid for the whole year).
  • 20€ – Born fom January 1st 2017
  • 40€ – Born between January 1st 2013 to December 31st 2016
  • 52€ – Born between January 1st 2009 to December 31st 2012
  • 65€ – Born until December 31st 2008

  • The insurance is personal untransferable and the cost is non-refundable if you leave the school at anytime.
  • To register your inscription and book this insurance we need a face photo with white background and the picture of your ID card (front and back).
• To use any of both insurances in case of accident, you need to be wearing all the protective gear. We won’t process any case where the skater had an accident without wearing protections or if was skating under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the moment of the accident.
